A year ago I had the misfortune to consult with Joseph P Foley. Not only He mislead me with inaccurate information( he is in practice for over 30 years) he lead me to believe that I had no other choice. Later I hired another BK attorney and I was informed that Mr. Foley was completely wrong and my case should Not have ever been filed for chapter 7. Due to his incompetencies my case was audited by DOJ which cost me thousands of dollars. I almost lost my house because of this incompetent lawyer. I do not recommend him unless you want to get in trouble.

It's brought to our attention that this firm assists companies file bankruptcy only to avoid paying debt owed to their customers. From a previous review it seems as if a debtor opened another company providing the same service but under a different name, which seems grounds for illegality.
