My wife and I are currently clients and I have to say when I researched this was the law firm that kept coming up. The reviews seemed great but nobody is perfect. I wanted to give a 1 star but that would not be fair for the associates that did give us such wonderful service when trying to bring us on as clients. I must say once you become a client the communication drops 1000%. I am not quite sure what is or isn’t going on with my case right now but I do know we make our payment on time every month. I have to email my paralegal just to say hey are there any updates, I am not sure should we be getting some kind of statement monthly, every time I call now just to ask a basic question and I mean basic I’m told you have to speak to your paralegal. Your paralegal is at lunch never asked would you like to leave a message just there at lunch I should not have to follow that up myself with well can I leave a message. Like I said the people I dealt with in the beginning were amazing. Once we signed on and became clients customer service took a big drop.

I’m new to the state. I’ve been wanting to file for bankruptcy for a while now came across this law. Firm has some good reviews for some good things and Miss Lori Hall amazing help in the beginning helping me file answering my question as fast as she could even when she was out sick No, my case has been filed court is coming up yet When I try to talk to my paralegal, I don’t get the answers that I’m looking for Especially when mediators or collectors are still trying to get money or take money out of my accounts No current people that bankruptcy cover the situation Since it’s been out of collections for a while, but yet I get another answer on the pretty girl saying not to worry and that’s it and still trying scare you saying that it’s a piece officer calling and all this stuff I understand they’re busy What is hard not to stress out when you can’t get reached of someone that’s part of your legal team like I mentioned before I understand they’re busy, but I’ve seen other reviews like clients get past response from other paralegals And I hope and pray the bankruptcy goes good, but so far I’m in the dark
