Attention all new owner of multi family properties. If you are trying to evict your tenants, you need to research attorneys and pick the one specialized in landlord tenant evictions! Don’t just go for any attorney.
My husband and I bought multi family property and some tenants needed to be evicted. We started with the attorney who did our closing paper work . Which was our biggest mistake! He did notice to quite wrong which was the first problem which set us up for failure, but by the grace of God I found attorney John, after calling 3 different attorneys and no one wanted to take my case, John took my case of tenants eviction and try to fix what other attorney did wrong.
I really appreciate John, for not giving up on me and my husband and help us to reach an agreement with tenants to move out! Otherwise the other option would be to start all over again.
