If I could rate them 0 stars I would but it sucks that you can't. I was trying to help a family member out by making their first payment of $500 on April 23, 2018 since they were not able to make the payment. Since I live in AZ I called in and spoke with Joe to make the payment and when talking to Joe I made it very clear that they only had my authorization to charge my card that one time only. Well on April 24, 2018, one day later they illegally charged my account another $500. After seeing the charge on my account I called in to speak to Joe about the situation and he told me he would file the refund which would take 15 days to complete. Wow 15 days for a refund. Quick to take my money but not quick to give it back. I waited those 15 days and when I saw no credit I called back again but didn't find Joe. Called back again multiple times the following day and the assistant said she was going to put me on hold while she put him on the line. When she returned to the call she said "he is no longer in the office". Shady right. Next step I took was to file fraud with my bank to reverse the payment. May 23, 2018 comes around and they charge my account another $500 illegally. Called in immediately and demanded my money back for this illegal charge. Didn't speak with Joe this time, I spoke with Tim or at least i think that was his name. I was so mad the name didn't register. Well this guy told me that he would not refund my money till his client made their payment. So he is illegally holding my money because his client did not make their payment. Pretty shady if you ask me. I would not recommend this law firm at all. Given this situation I have to go through so much trouble just to make sure this doesn't happen again.

I made a deposit for my boyfriend of $500 and was told by joe that it would be a one time payment and my card would not be charged again and three weeks later it was charged again $500. When called the office I got a complete runaround. No attorney showed up to represent him in court we even have proof. There was no case it was dismissed so we asked for our initial deposit of $500 back as we would not like to do business with them. How can we trust a law firm that lied to us repeatedly. When spoken to Samuel cabellos he was very rude and even hung up on us the. Called back and said he had proof his attorney did show up when in fact he did not. We never signed a contract and still he refuses to refund our money so we contacted out bank for a refund. This is the worst experience ever and after reading reviews we can see we are not the only ones who this has happened to... it’s not ok to steal money from people who you never helped

I've been trying to get information on my case's progress for weeks now and they can never get a hold of the files, then they dismissively stated, that they have to attend a meeting and hung up. They also said that they would be mailing the information and I still haven't received anything. Poor service
