I was told when I opened the case with Fineman that it would take nine months and if they had to take it to Richmond, it would be a year and a half. They did have to take it to Richmond but in the end it took three years and I had to fire him and finish it on my own. This was about 10 years ago and I did not realize that I could write a review. I feel sorry for anyone that has to go to this man as all he wants is to see how much money he can get. He kept delaying mine so he could put more money on the tab .

Our case was settled and we're very happy with the settlement. A lemon law case has it's ups and downs but Mr Feinman got exactly what we wanted. His staff is awesome. Surprisingly as soon as we signed the final paperwork we received a check in two weeks!! Thanks to his patience with me also. I'm an incharge type of person so it was hard to hand all the control over to someone else but it worked out great!!!

My mother and I hired Mr. Feinman and his team for our lemon law case. I must first say, my mother and I tried dealing with the dealership that we purchased the car from, their repair shop, a different repair shop and upper management of this certain vehicle manufacturer. After months of treading water and getting closer by the week to the 18 month lemon law time-frame, we hired Mr. Feinman on the trust of the person who referred him to us. Once we explained our situation, Mr. Feinman and his team took immediate action. Through the process, Adriana kept us informed and was available to us if Mr. Feinman was unavailable. Amanda helped in the final phases with updates and was very clear with the steps that we had to do on our end to close our case. My mother and I are extremely pleased with how Mr. Feinman and his team represented us and we are thankful for the time, effort and energy that they put into our case. Although my mother and I have sympathy for the negative reviews, we 110% recommend this firm based on our experience with Mr. Feinman.

Mr Feinman and his staff helped to expeditiously secure a successful outcome to my Lemon Law case. I couldn't be happier with their support. From the very first discussion I had with his firm, his team was attentive and spent considerable time understanding the background for my case and making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I was admittedly a little apprehensive after evaluating some of the other Google reviews speaking to lack of communication, but I learned throughout my experience that this is a smaller firm carrying a high volume of cases, and despite some of my questions taking a couple days to resolve (which just required some fair patience from my end), at no point in the process did I feel unsupported and in hindsight the firm had a close handle on the lawsuit from start to finish. Mr Feinmen personally reached out with notable updates along the way, culminating with a settlement that exceeded my expectations for the situation at hand. While I hope that my needs for legal support are infrequent (for lemon law situations or beyond), if I ever do require reliable representation again, I'd absolutely put my trust in Mr Feinman's practice.

If I could give this man a negative star I would do it hundred times. Where do I begin? Mr. Feinman represented us in a lemon law case. Unfortunately we purchased a very expensive lemon and sought out his services in hopes that he could help with our dilemma. Communication was not stellar, but he did his part as the go-between us and the car manufacturer. A case that we thought would be resolved swiftly ended up taking 9 months, but that's when the nightmare really began. Have you heard of the term bait and switch? That's exactly what he did with us. He promised that he would help us recover everything from the of time of purchase until the time the case was resolved. In the end he didn't deliver what he promised. As a matter of fact the settlement that should've came to us he kept for his "services" and only got us a fraction of what we were promised and owed. If you want an attorney who will mislead you Mr. Feinman is your guy.
