They apparently do not do their research, They took a large chunk of money out of someone's account who lives on a fixed income. Since they are lawyers one would think they would be aware it is against the law to take Social Security money unless it is the IRS, Child Support and Alimony. Now it has to be returned. But it caused the person who's account it was taken from to get very sick from the stress of this situation-He was in a coma and a vent for several days. He almost died. Hopefully that makes there job make them feel good about themselves. There was no notice he was only made aware of the situation after the money was taken. Very professional..

Horrible customer service all we wanted to do was check on how to pay them online and get info on all the payments we have made to them for years and never late. The lady could care less about collecting money for her company, which I'm sure is her job to do. Instead she wanted to be a telephone tough guy for no reason. If somebody is trying to get info on a account that is being paid and wants to pay it off maybe the person working for that company should help. She didn't even ask us for a payment or if we would like to pay it off. I hope the owner of the company listens to the phone log from 10/09/20 945 am ish.

I called a customer service representative and tried to get more information about my account, she was NOT helpful and gave me information that i already knew about my account. Did NOT seem like she cared or could be bothered to help me. Seemed more like i was distributing her day even though this is literally what she gets paid to do. It was very unprofessional and I wish I took her name down. I expected better customer service ESPECIALLY since I'm trying to make my payments. If they had a 0 star rating that is what i would give this company.

Liars and thieves. Ms. Copeland (she refused to give me her first name) led me to believe I would be able to resolve my account before money was taken out of my bank account which ended up being untrue. The amount they took ended up being more than the amount owed and when I called to inquire a female staff member told me there was nothing they would do and to take it up with the court. Incredibly unhelpful. It’s disappointing they would use tactics to mislead you just so they can take your money, especially before the holidays coming up. They truly should be ashamed of themselves. I don’t know how these people sleep at night.

My husband had an account opened in his name an it was fraud so we never got letters then one day my savings account was wiped of all funds, this was my SSN only hisbname on the profile so he calls to get answers and some woman talks like she has no clue just agreeing with him and saying OK its fraud we will send papers for u to fill out and send back 1 week later no papers sent. Called back she was very quick to get off the phone just I knowing him to death. This office is so unprofessional and has no clue what they're doing
