The Law Office of Elsa Martinez has a great team! Our case was successful and we appreciate their patience when explaining the case. Fortunately we were able to schedule phone calls to discuss case updates, and only needed to go in person to sign docs. It did take about 5 yrs, so patience is key.

DO NOT waste your time AND money with this so called law firm. They are not professionals at all and do not care about their clients. We’ve had 2 different paralegals that have quit on them and were never informed about it until we called to ask about our case. We are now dealing with trying to find out what is going on with our case and we are just getting thrown all over the place and no one gives us a straight answer. So unprofessional and Elsa Martinez hasn’t even reached out to try to give justification for her employees.
