I had injured my lumbar (slippage & herniated disc's) of my lumbar on the job in 2011. At first, he was very promising, especially his guide to winning my case.Edward.J.Singer has done nothing for me.But he continues to lie his way through every obstacle for 8 years went by,without any success for any medical treatment,medication refills.While my injury continues to become worse contaminating my entire spine through to my c-spine (neck).While Edward.Jay.Singer is busy/affairs with employees going through a divorce because of(Sophia. PAK)now being Singer's SIDEKICK.LOL after his wife divorced him.Hearing this from his employee that was physically hit by ms.pak a lawsuit in it's self.So after over 16 rescheduled court hearings without Singer for 5 years on my own.Actually winning my workers compensation injury case by myself.Finally I can buy my way medical treatment I well deserved.DO NOT TRUST EDWARD.JAY.SINGER.HE DOESN'T HAVE ANY WORKERS COMPENSATION INJURY PRACTICES.THERE ARE A NUMBER OF ACTUAL INJURED WORKERS HE WAS TO REPRESENT "ABANDONED"TIME & TIME AGAIN,BECAUSE HE LIES TO THE WORKERS COMPENSATION COURT,OF THEM APPROVING HIS DISMISSAL.AND THE JUDGE I.M PROTECTED SINGER'S INABILITY TO PRACTICE ANY WORKERS COMPENSATION INJURY CASES.JUST LIES,OVER LIES.

If I could give a negative rating, I would! Ed Singer is the most incompetent; disingenuous; unreliable; dishonest; unethical workers’ comp attorney in California! I can’t believe I spent over a decade trusting such a despicable, low-life human being with my case. After a decade of doing absolutely nothing, today I am relieving this scum of the Earth as my”attorney”. If you’re inquiring with him and his useless staff members to assist you, think twice before you waste your time and energy. RUN AWAY!!! Mr. Singer took my case to "represent me" in 2008. He doesn't return phone calls, text messages or emails. I received notice of a hearing scheduled this May. Scheduled becasue Mr. Singer did NOT bother to respond to a settlement offer he received 3 months ago. Nor did his office notify me of it's receipt. I haven't heard from Mr. Singer in OVER a year. This after I have sent emails, called REPEATEDLY and left messages with his office and the staff that handles my case. I have also sent repeated text messages to his cell over the past 3 years. This lack of contact has been the norm over the past 12 YEARS. Finally, no resort but to file a complaint with the State Bar.
