This was my first time ever having to procure a lawyer for anything. I chose this law firm because they were smaller and I thought they would offer more personalized service. My first contact made it seem that way. David called me directly after I submitted my inquiry online and assured me that they would be able to handle my case. I met with an associate at my house who took my documents and statement. After that I did not hear anything from anyone until I received a letter requesting the same documents that I initially provided. Nowhere in between did they explain the process or time frame or just generally let me know everything was going okay. When I did reach out to them whoever answers the phone never knows how to direct the calls. They should keep a directory of active clients so the receptionist can respond accordingly. Once it came time for the deposition the attorney did not show up in person despite the letter I received saying they would. I got a call 5 min before that rushed me through the process. She didn't even turn on her zoom camera and also made it a point to say she did not personally know me to validate my identity. They never took the time to get to know me in general. I was also blatantly lied to about a reply being sent to my email. They don't even have an automated courtesy reply if you send an email. I hope and pray that I'm never in a situation to ever need a lawyer of this kind ever again. I felt like my case wasn't worth enough money for them but it was just valid enough to pursue.
