I found attorney Dan Edelman on the internet. I gave him a call and he was so knowledgeable and personable I decided right then over the phone I wanted him to represent me in my Social Security disability benefits appeal. I was not wrong of my initial assessment of him and Dan remained as affable throughout the grueling process Social Security put us through and was there for my wife and I every step of the way, not just providing legal help but moral and emotional support as well. Dan knows the black-letter law and the hearing judges and the ins-outs of the complicated procedural legal system. He was very thorough in educating me as to what to expect at the hearing and what pitfalls to avoid and the best way to present my case to the judge. Dan is a very kind person but can be tough when he needs to and for his part, at my hearing, he put on a great case, so much so that the judge gave me her decision for me right then and there!
