My experience with Chris Ingram Law Firm was more of a roller coaster ride than a straightforward, professional service. Here are some of the issues I encountered: Zero Attorney Involvement: I was charged a $10K attorney fee yet never had any interaction with an actual attorney. It felt like I was paying for a service that never materialized. Outsourced Legal Personnel: Although they claim all their legal personnel are based in the States, it appeared that much of the work was outsourced. This made it extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone, which only added to the uncertainty. Lack of Urgency: The process was anything but prompt. Critical tasks were delayed until the last minute, contributing to an overall sense of chaos and unpredictability. Inconsistent Pricing: The pricing agreement I had was not upheld. Fees were changed abruptly, and I was told this was a decision made by their office manager. Escalating Costs: What started as a $10K investment quickly escalated to around $20K (including filing fees). I found myself having to learn how to write an application on my own, constantly proofreading and revising their submissions. Although my application was eventually approved, the journey was far from smooth. While I appreciate that I got the end result, I would only use their services as a last resort. There are better legal options out there with clearer attorney involvement and more reliable service.

It was a great effort by a lot of folks at tje firm. Great guidance on what needed to be done. For a guy in the country for close to 2 decades, legally staying, paying taxes, highly skilled, working with this firm was probably the best immigration move.
