Had a car accident it was the other party's fault. At first wife and I both are reluctant to proceed with an injury case. After Allister explained the after effects of a car accident, how the treatment can be paid for by another party, without using insurance, we proceed with the injury case. We did the body check and did find injury to neck and spine. After half a year of treatment, Allister is able to efficiently negotiate the settlement for the case from the other party, which covers full treatment. Allister has been in the business for long time to accurately gauge how long our case would take, how much settlement we would be receiving. He is also very diligent and does not leave room for argument in when he presented case to the other party. Once we provided the initial evidences and paperwork, he told us he will take it from there and only came back to us for signatures. Overall Allister is very easy to work with.
