My wife and I hired Bill to help us through the very complicated green card process. Bill explained everything so clear and only asked us for the essential things and he took care of the rest. We had to rush the paperwork which was no problem for Bill. He was with us every step of the way and even told us exactly what to expect. Everytime we got an update online or by mail, we could contact Bill and he explained it and told us the next steps. When we had our interview, Bill even gave us some tips in the morning to put us at ease. When we went for the interview, the agent was so impressed with Bill's report, he said there was nothing else to do except ask us some basic questions.
