If I could rate my experience 10 stars I would!!! Mr. Jackel and his paralegal Leo are a great team. Mr. Jackel is an amazing Social security attorney. He is highly experienced. He is very helpful and has a great work ethic. He answered my questions thoroughly and was very hands on in providing feedback when needed. He goes above and beyond to ensure his client's receive the best results. I would highly recommend him.

We needed a Social Security Attorney to help us further my husband's disability case. We were referred to Mr. Jackel. We were nothing short of satisfied with the service we received. Mr. Jackel walked us through the entire process. Our emails and calls were responded to immediately. When we ran into roadblocks (and there were many) he was helpful and reassuring. Would definitely recommend his practice (and Leo--another great help) to anyone in the same predicament.

I sent a request to this law firm 3 days ago asking for help with my disability case. I was quite open and explained how mentally and physically anguishing my situation is at this very moment. Stephen and Leo were so wonderful and helpful!! They were just lovely, lovely people to work with. Stephen was always ready to answer any question I had and always responded with validation and kindness when I expressed my fear about the process. Law is an intimidating and sometimes scary business, but Stephen and Leo made me feel very safe and at ease.

There were a few lawyers I spoke to, before l decided on Stephen, who made me feel like I was just a case they were dealing with. That was never the situation with Stephen and was ultimately why I decided to work with him. He was always supportive and he treated me and my case like I really mattered and was justified.
