Stephen Haedicke is an accomplished litigator and advocate for his clients. A 2001 graduate of Northwestern University School of Law, he regularly represents individuals and companies in complex litigation in the state and federal courts of Louisiana. Over the past 20 years, he has achieved positive results for clients in such diverse areas as First Amendment violations, breach of contract suits, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigations, civil rights claims, RICO cases, civil service appeals, felony prosecutions, DUIs, personal injury, and capital defense. Today, he focuses his practice on representing individuals in complex cases in federal and state court, particularly civil rights and criminal defense cases. He devotes care and attention to every case he accepts, and his clients receive the honest advice, personal attention, and skillful advocacy they deserve. Mr. Haedicke is active in local and national bar associations, including the Federal Bar Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Louisiana Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. From 2018 to 2020, he served as the Chair of the Federal Bar Association’s Civil Rights Section, and he was awarded the FBA’s Outstanding Leader Award at the national convention in 2019. In 2020, he became a member of the Board of Directors for the New Orleans Chapter of the FBA, and he continues to serve in that capacity.

First off for a lawyer he is the most nonchalant person. Instead of thinking people are already guilty a lawyer is supposed to fight for a client not just automatically deem them guilty. And that’s on just off of a consultation.
