As others have said, it seems like Mr. Koplin consistently hangs up on people (while you are in the middle of speaking) who have traffic tickets (he asks if you can pay it) and isn’t interested in helping represent you. He could just say or publish he does not pursue these traffic violations and we could move on, but no, he chooses to hang up. You first talk to the receptionist who transferred me over to Mr. Koplin who asked what the infraction was for then told me to just pay it and take the points. I also agree that the idea of requesting an attorney is so that we don't get in our license and avoid having to pay increased insurance premiums. When I told him I did not want points on my license he said I just needed to show up and fight the ticket, when I asked if he could help with that he repeated the same thing, said "good luck to ya" and hung up.
