Without hesitation, I highly recommend Maryam Kia for all of your immigration needs. She, and her team, are knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. She knows how to navigate the system, and is familiar with case law and precedents which will make all the difference when issues arise. My wife did not take the traditional route to living in the United States. She came over on a Tourist Visa and never left. When she and I met, we determined to resolve this issue. During the process, we were met with multiple hurdles including unmet requirements for a prior J-Visa and questionable actions while my wife was a youth.
