The lowest rating I can leave is one star. After going on his website it states free consultations. Called and were charging for a “free” consultation. Unprofessional and unethical!! It would have been great if you would have updated your website and mentioned this policy change, but you did not!!

Mr. Quintero, gave me a shot at the American Dream! Growing up as an illegal immigrant was very challenging. I dropped out of high school and became very depressed. My future at the time, seemed very unclear so I joined the work force at an early age. I went from one dead end job to the next, just looking for an opportunity. Mr. Quintero, was recommended by a family friend and I can honestly say, choosing him to represent my case was one of the best decisions of my life! He went above and beyond to point me in the right direction and ultimately place me on a path to citizenship. On March 2020, after what seemed like a life long journey I finally became a citizen of the United States of America. It felt like a dream that would never happen and when it finally became reality, I had no choice but, to make the most of the opportunity. Today, on my 3 year anniversary as a citizen. I'm extremely grateful to say, I am a father of 3. I own and operate a fleet maintenance company with 2 locations in SoCal. I was very fortunate to be able to buy my home at age 25, which makes me the first person in my family to own a home. Living the American dream and breaking generational curses. It feels surreal, to even be able to write the aforementioned sentences. NONE of that would have been possible without the help of Joshua Quintero. He gave me a second chance at life, when I felt there was no future for me in this country. Most lawyers treat their profession as a business and as a result become jaded. In my opinion, Josh cares about his clients! The outcome of these cases can be demorilizing, you want to get a lawyer that is invested in your future, like he was in mine. To this day, I thank God our paths crossed and it all worked out the way that it did. Review of Law Office of Joshua N. Quintero: I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this Immigration Law Firm, and I must say, it was one of the most unprofessional encounters I've ever had with a legal service provider. From the moment I made initial contact, it was clear that professionalism was not a priority for them. Firstly, the receptionist's demeanor was unprofessional. She seemed disinterested and dismissive, refusing to connect me personally with Joshua in person or over the phone, the assistant handling our case, with the excuse that there was "no reason to." This lack of courtesy and basic customer service set a negative tone right from the start. Furthermore, the lack of communication from Law Firm was frustrating. Despite multiple attempts to get updates on our file and case status, we never received any follow-up emails or calls. When we raised concerns about this, we were met with the excuse that it was not their responsibility to follow up. However, ironically, they had no issue bombarding us with phone calls to process payments. Perhaps the most concerning aspect of our experience was the firm's blatant disregard for our case. Even after we had paid them, they explicitly stated that they were too busy to look into our matter and refused to provide any sort of timeline, simply replying with a dismissive "when we get to it." This lack of respect for their clients' time and concerns is unacceptable. In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone considering “Law Office of Joshua N. Quintero Immigration Law Firm to look elsewhere for legal representation. Their unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and disregard for client needs make them wholly unfit to handle sensitive immigration matters. Save yourself the frustration and find a law firm that values professionalism and respects its clients.

I think they actually very helpful for individuals who need assistance and guidance besides support. I remember when my husband was getting his green card and then his citizenship. It's nerve wrecking and sometimes scary for some. I believe that Joshua can do an awesome and amazing job that will benefit immigrants and that will provide them with the best service and support they need. He is a great and sincere man and fits respect and kindness and commitment that provides responsibility. He deserves a great chance of helping you with documentation. The only thing that I was a little disappointed in that I called to ask about a passport situation and it was a US passport question; the lady who answered told me, "Oh, we don't help people from here." Lol. If I may correct her, maybe it would have been courteous for her to say something like, "I'm sorry mam, but we can only assist with immigration services, however..." Thank you Joshua!
