Seeing the good reviews of this firm boosted my expectations to be high. Unfortunately my experience was not that great, I called to make a consultation appointment and paid the consultation fee which is $250. They said the appt was done through the phone, the day of my appt came and no one called me at the scheduled time. I gave them a call and turns out they had changed my appointment to another day without letting me know, I told them that the day they moved it to did not work for me and they gave me another day. At this time I was super calm I understand things happen. Then the day of my new apt came and I waited 5 min over the scheduled time and had no call. I decide to call to make sure that everything is ok, and they proceed to tell me that the lawyer was too busy and could not attend me and they had moved my appt to another day of the following week (I was not called to be informed about this change!). At this point it was enough for me to understand that they are unprofessional and obviously not in my best interest. If its like this just for a consultation, imagine once they are hired! I asked them for a refund and an email confirmation of that refund.

From my experience , I feel she has the need for helping others . Always going an extra mile to get things quick as possible .She been reaching out to me if I haven’t submit any paper work when I had pay in full for her service . Other lawyers would just stop contacting you and keep the money . Only little problem is that you can’t go in to their office for anything with out a appointment due to Covid still. just wish things go back to normal 😫. It gives me anxiety not be able to talk to someone face to face about my case. Don’t get me wrong , my case is still up and running but at a lower paste since is Mostly through emails 😣.
