I hired Jeff Voll after I was charged with assault with a deadly weapon. He got my case rejected before my arraignment date and only charged me $1500. If you're here looking for a lawyer to help with DUI, you have to hire Jeff. I had a bench warrant for a DUI that was a few years old in California, and I only found out because I was trying to get a license in the state I'm currently living in. I immediately started researching lawyers that could help with this and found Jeff. Initially I appreciated his no frills approach and straight to the point attitude. He laid out the possibilities and did not sugarcoat anything. I wasn't able to get my DUI dismissed because of my particular circumstances but he removed the bench warrant and got me a deal where I had to fulfill minimal court ordered requirements to put this behind me. This whole process lasted roughly a year and Jeff basically held my hand through the entire thing and answered any questions I had even though this is completely a minor and mostly irrelevant case. Jeff is absolutely amazing and for the people. I had a misdemeanor case and called a bunch of places because I wanted to be prepared.
