A while back I had the opportunity to utilize Mr. Snell's services to defend a family member from an erroneous charge that could have had significant impact to my family should it not be resolved in our favor. Without haste Mr. Snell met with me and set my mind at ease by establishing a solid well thought out plan to move forward. At that time he also provided some life changing advise. He quickly mobilized his team and executed the plan which was instrumental in the positive outcome of my case. Recently I have found myself in a totally separate legal issue requiring legal advice so I called Mr. Snell's office. Emily; the paralegal responded to my call over a holiday weekend, notifying me that they don't handle the type of case I am involved with from a defendant perspective but took the time to talk me thru my situation and put my mind at ease; taking the time necessary to provide some context around how the case will move forward, and what to look for. This was above and beyond given the fact that there was no financial benefit in her speaking with me, and it was a holiday weekend. There's something to be said about the character of person(s) when help you with no potential benefit to them. My experience with Emily along with previous colleges of Mr. Snell confirms for me that he only hires the best; folks that share his values and ethics. I firmly believe that these folks truly care and would not hesitate to use them again for ANY issues I encounter going forward. For the way I've been treated and supported through this firm, I would strongly encourage anyone to consider Mr. Snell's Team for legal support. They have my thanks, respect and admiration.

Law Office of James R. Snell and his staff did an awesome job with my son's case. Emily was so nice every time I called. They went above and beyond to ensure everything worked out with my son. Give them a call if you need a GREAT attorney who cares.

Made a last minute phone call to Mr Snell about a ticket I has gotten months ago. The court date was in 2 days, and I was freaking out. When his assistant answered the phone, I heard genuine concern and empathy from them. Later that day I spoke to Mr Snell, and all he showed was optimism, concern, matched my energy in every way, and told me he would take care of me. Later the next day he calls me, and lets me know everything was taken care of, the ticket is dismissed. Highly recommended Mr Snell, he will get the job done!!!!

I called in today to ask a few questions to the young lady by the name of Lee, that answered the phone. After she shared that the attorney probably would not handle my particular legal matter, I then asked if she could ask him if he knew of someone that could. I was told" he probably would not" and instead of saying I can ask him and get back to you", she became very disrespectful in the manner in which she handled the call. Calling a law firm and hearing words like " he probably would not" is actually, not answering a person's question. And it further gives speculation, and guessing on someone else's behalf. This sort of interaction, can harm any attorneys reputation. This is a law firm and giving people half information, or speaking up for an attorney as a "receptionist", was a complete turn off. It's clear that this attorney is a one-man show, with perhaps the wrong staff that could cause people to want to put up a review, and choose not to do business with them. Word of mouth travels much faster than advertising. I certainly would not recommend Mr. Snell to anyone, simply by the interaction of his staff. Proceed with caution!
