I worked with Scott getting my life back on track and it all worked out. He made a seemingly impossible situation lighter, and I was able to get my life back on track. I was never rushed through the filing process even though it took me a very long time to complete, and he showed up with me at my final hearing. In fact at the hearing, Scott was the most professional legal representative in the group of lawyers that were there for other people. He and his team were always available to answer my questions and provide guidance. Today, I have moved on from those hard times, and was able to use the fresh start to make new choices and get my life back together. Ultimately its up to each person to figure out what went wrong and go a different path, but without someone guiding you along through the filing, that new path is obscured by the hard times they've found themselves in. Scott and his team were invaluable to me. I'm sure he has been for a great many other people. Thank you again Scott.

I consulted with Scott Logan after another attorney told me there was no chance I qualified for Chapter 7 because of my income and would be stuck in a 5 year chapter 11. 30 minutes on a zoom call with Scott and he confirmed that I'd pass the means test with a little room to spare. I got him all the information he needed and he took care of the rest. He was very responsive to questions I sent him via email - even after hours. In the end I got my discharge and was happy to move forward. Now there is something to understand about Scott that some people aren't going to like. He's very direct and is only going to tell you what you need to know. If you ask him a question, he's going to answer your question in as few words as is necessary to do so. Can't say enough about Scott and his team. Scott is always available, and I have talked to him on quite a few nights and weekends. I believe he cares deeply for his work and the people he represents. He helped me during an arduous 5 years but I am nearing the end and am forever grateful. I accompanied my friend to meetings, he was disabled from a stroke and an active alcoholic. He was in a blackout drunk when Scott Logan had him sign paperwork. Trustee was hired, without my friend's knowledge. The trustee and Attorney never gave receipts. Now they have changed his payments and extended from 36 months of payments to 80 no ths! The last court date he WAS at, no representation was present. He talked to the clerk acknowledging that he was in correct court. He was told it got cancelled. Scott Logan told him He was a liar, and was not in court. He also had him pay extra for financial classes that Logan created. He has given one page for my friend to sign and then claim there was a pile of papers. He is a crook! My friend has been sober for a couple years. Don't trust Logan!!!!
