Some of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever worked with. One time someone answered the phone saying “I don’t care”, another time someone said “pay us or the executions will continue”. I was told by another person that would be a writ of execution. Big difference between the two. I asked them to fix my paperwork because it didn’t match theirs. Their response was “no I’m not doing that, ya I’ll do that.” Then they didn’t do it. Clear violation of the fair debt collection practices act. I sent them a full payment and they didn’t even send me a receipt. You guys can’t be playing with people lives like this, you’re causing emotional stress and harm and it’s not funny, appropriate or deserved. You should be ashamed given what I had just went through in my life, how I treated you and how you treated me in return. I recommend anyone who uses their services to know your rights first, make sure those people are doing their jobs appropriately, and get a lawyer and/or record everything with their permission. If not, before you start ask for a debt validation letter and if they don’t send it, get it deleted off your record. Be smart and learn from me. Don’t let dishonest people take advantage of you and collect money without doing their job and cause you emotional and physical distress. I learned a lot in that time frame about how things work and why certain procedures are in place, but that’s because I have initiative and a moral compass guiding me. But for future reference if I ever have to deal with these people for a future job, if you tell me you’re going to do something, do it. Then we can continue doing business together happily. So with your one star review, I’ll say thanks for teaching me how to teach myself to be a productive successful citizen.

Fraudulent company. Don’t let a phone call or a piece of mail scare you into giving them a dime. I’m 💯 sure that I have nothing in collections yet they keep saying I do. They buy peoples personal information off the black market. Names, addresses, social security numbers etc etc I repeat!!!!! Do not entertain them!!!! They call, hang up! They write letters, throw them away. Even if you do have any accounts under collections. Dispute it and see who actually bought the account. 10/10 it wasn’t them!!! Good luck and be safe.

Was actually able to get Yvonne on the line, but was unable to resolve anything on the phone. Records were noted that I was served paperwork but she was unable to give me a date. I did inform her that serving me would have been impossible because I am gone all day and have locked gates because I live in a rural area. She did state that I could file a claim but gave no instruction on how to do so.

Facts about this place: *They are never the current debt collectors, they buy customers information on the black market. *They are unprofessional and very rude and disrespectful. *They love to threatening customers with scare tactics. *Poor management. *They will take you money but the debt will still be charged from the current collectors.
