This is the worst immigration law office in the Hartford area, avoid if possible. Hired Marcus the attorney here but over the span of years was only ever able to speak to his assistant Argjiro Bellinghausen, who only text to communicate. Still haven’t received my green card after 3 years.

I made an appointment to meet with Att Marcus. I was not informed that he is on sick leave. When I arrived I was told I was meeting his assistant. When I asked her about meeting with him Argi told me he was on sick leave and that he would be available by phone. She was very abrupt and almost argumentative as if she was in a trial. I asked her questions and one of them she did not know which brings me back to the point that I did not make the appointment with her. Had I known the attorney who btw is getting quite a few people coming to him because the law firm has a foothold in the immigrant community through the past interactions (my grandfather used them). Needless to say I found another lawyer the same day with answers. I read the reviews before going but felt that since there was history with the law firm the reviews were biased. They are not. I paid $100 for 20 minutes of getting information that is readily available on the internet without the obvious attitude or surcharge. Oh and you will be reminded about the exorbitant fees at every step of the "consultation". She should just start off with a price list for each session. It was a waste of my time but a lesson learned about paying attention to reviews. Its the cold and callous response that was not appreciated daniel. I knew all the answers before i went and only wanted to see if there were benefits to using this service. Your response here shows that you have lost whatever touch the ones before you built. I will spread the word that this is now a money making machine devoid of any human contact. If argi is the new face of your company you may want to consider some make up...although the old saying about lipstick etc may hold true here.
