Gary Singh was my mother's divorce attorney. Not only did he not get her favorable terms in a very emotionally and financially challenging divorce, but when my mother needed help with retrieving documents years later, he promised to get them for her and then ghosted her. Completely unprofessional and strongly advise against hiring him. I have friends that have worked with much more responsive and professional attorneys. Also, uploading evidence of his representation in case he tries to lie like with other reviews that he never represented the client. Really appalled by how he has treated others and now my own mother.

He is a dirty attorney. He just took money and did nothing. He is a pretty smart. Be aware of him. Additional information- He replied that. As I mentioned, he was a pretty SMART. I was a his client. I am not confused with someone else at all. I am reviewing about GARY SINGH. His office is located at 700 Bishop St, suite 2000, Honolulu, HI. I hope this information will help everyone. And Mr. Singh, you sound like you haven’t learned anything from it. Good luck.

Unethical and unprofessional! Please look elsewhere this man has refused to give my husband and I his case file! By law , lawyers are required to give you your file when you ask it from them …he has chosen not to do so because he knows he is not able to produce one because he did nothing for my husband. He represented my husband with his immigration case and instead of him (Singh)filling out court documents he would drop off documents to my husband while in federal prison and have him and other inmates fill it out!! WTH!!? He was having other inmates along with my husband to his job! He also then told my husband to just get deported and come right back to the USA illegally and not back to Hawaii… please do your research when it comes to immigration lawyers …I luckily hired a new lawyer and she was able to follow through in helping my husband with his case . … if you have been a victim of his unethical business please report him to the BAR Association! They will conduct an investigation and eventually refund you your money and god willing take this man’s license .

Originally, I did not write any comments here. I only left 1 star. I am writing comment after I read his response. He responded all people who made 1 star that they weren’t his clients. It indicates that he is not reliable person. If I wasn’t his client, why would I leave 1 star here?How could I get confused Gary Singh immigration lawyer with someone else? I have all paperwork to proof that he failed his practice. He is a lier. Stay away from him.

Zero stars!!! This is the most unethical, incompetent, disgraceful individual! Stay away from this guy! He is rude, forgets his appointments, does not bother to call to cancel or reschedule. Failed to submit timely paperwork for a very important immigration appointment. Yelled at the client whose first language is NOT English however this does not give him a right to act nasty towards an elderly client who is having trouble with English language pronunciation. Because of this guy, our application was DENIED! He FAILED to submit timely paperwork to USCIS, FAILED to follow up and submit adequate letters in timely fashion. BUT took our MONEY! This guy should have his license to practice revoked! I will be following up with the Board as well for file a formal complain for investigation. He should not practice law and screw good people! DO NOT use this failure of a lawyer!!!
