I would like to say that I had an amazing experience with Mrs. Francis and all her staff members. I was so worried since the beginning because I didn’t know what to expect but once I talked to Mrs.Frances she made me feel more secure. I was born in Mexico and came to the United States when I was a year and a half so knowing I would be going back after almost 30 years it was something scary but exciting at the same time. I finally was able to go back to my hometown after I did my parolee. I was able to visit my grandpa which I haven’t seen for like almost 30 years. We had a great time catching up and was able to FaceTime my mom while I was there so she can see him which she hadn’t seen in a very long time as well.
