Had a rotator cuff and labrum repair back in 2006. The worst decision I have ever made in my 44 years of being here. I needed a full shoulder replacement, instead I got a bunk surgery that left permanent locking, and severe arthritis in the right shoulder. Currently waiting to be able to afford insurance to see a real shoulder specialist, and get the full replacement like I should have back in 06.. No way all these reviews on here are real. Dr Main never took the time to tell me why I am so much worse off after the surgery..

Dr. Main took great care of me! I have been challenged with knee pain for years from skiing, biking and running and most recently some swelling. After an Xray and MRI it was discovered that I had a torn meniscus. Dr. Main performed orthoscopic surgery and my recovery was MUCH faster than expected. I walked out of surgery and after 24 hours of rest, I was back to walking relatively "normal" and within 72 hours i was walking, up and down stairs with no problem. Dr. Main, Lisa (Nurse) and Tony (anthologist) took amazing care of me, and I couldn't be more thankful for their care. I highly recommend Comportho, Dr. Main and team. What a great group of care providers.

I have been a patient of Dr Main’s since he started practicing. I’ve had multiple surgeries over the years & have always felt comfortable with him & staff. He is very well trained, compassionate, honest & does not push surgery unless totally necessary. If he feels surgery is not the answer he will tell you. I’ve worked & grown up around physicians my whole life & there are many that will do surgery just to do it. I do not know what I will do whenever he decides to retire (hopefully not for a long time).
