Unethical billing practices (15 minute increments is not the standard), no transparency regarding email correspondence or professionalism. Failed to provide updates or respond in timely manner, and I didn't know until later that she committed a major error in my case which is costing thousands of dollars and counting to rectify. And it may still not be salvageable.
