I hired Mr. Grimaldi in 2018 for my immigration case and at first he was doing a wonderful job helping me out and replying to my emails. After a few months, I contacted him but I was redirected to his assistant. I was the one always contacting them and reminding them to check on my immigration case , which was very frustrating. I paid the fees in full, but my case was neglected. 2 years went by and I heard nothing from him or his assistant. I’m now a citizen because of my honorable military service, because if it wasn’t for that, I’d probably be still waiting for an update from them.
