After being arrested and spending a night in jail, I was scared, embarrassed and confused. I reached out to Attorney Kelly, and left a voicemail before dawn on a Saturday. Attorney Kelly is the everyday person’s lawyer. I hired Attorney Kelly in 2019 to represent me on a very serious set of criminal indictments (white collar) in Superior Court, Massachusetts. The case finally ended in the Summer of 2021, during the height of COVID. Simply put, he cares! I was always treated with the utmost respect and that it really mattered to him what the disposition would be in my case. He worked tirelessly for 18+months and would not and did not falter or waiver. I was facing mandatory minimum sentences, probably 10 years in prison.
