After we made the payment, they change. I made a hundred calls to “lawyer” Alba N. Contreras without response, “lawyer” missing appointments (more than 3 times without nobody calling you or re-scheduling and when you call a thousands times to re-schedule when they, finally, answer the phone said there is no spots available for appointment for more than 3 months), no feedback about the case at all (for a year), sending messages and emails to her receptionist, Gloria and Sofia we got into a conclusion she is a very irresponsible and unprofessional “lawyer”. They wrote our information incorrectly and took many attempts and emails trying to get it fix and they never did until last minute because I could not take it anymore, I contacted Massachusetts Law Bar and they gave her a warning and she have not other choice than to fix her mistake. Definitely not recommend this “lawyer”.Don’t waste your money and time!! Do not recommend!!
