She doesn't listen well to your concerns. Even if you are willing to pay. she interrupted me twice and told me to "listen" to her. No empathy. It's already hard enough dealing with custody/visitation when someone has passed away. She quickly passed me along to someone else when had she listened my issue was very simple.

I recently had the misfortune of encountering Ms McClain. And in all of my professional years, I have never witnessed an officer of the court behave the way she did. Especially in a court house. She was extremely unprofessional. Rude. Disrespectful. Unapologetically stubborn to the extent of causing a scene. At first glance, someone would have thought she was the client and not the attorney. I was actually embarrassed for her client watching her behavior. The reason why I decided to make a review is because unfortunately, while In the mist of this disruptive scene, it was brought to my attention by colleagues and other courthouse staff, that this behavior is routine and regular for Ms McClain. She often becomes unhinged during and after court proceedings. And just in general when dealing with colleagues of the court. While her behavior may not take away from her abilities to win cases, I felt compelled to provide perspective to possible future clients. If for no other reason than to bring awareness. She was referred by the lawyers website in order to help with custody, truly she was never on the case, worst she bill for every minute of email, but no results at all, I would read prior the reviews before get in contact with low ethics, and only focus on the money, we were at court and while there she was asking me (3rd party) what to ask to the other party, terrible, because of her neglect a father is about to loose his kids.
