This law firm took my payments from me for a whole year and only filed an answer to the plaintiff's complaint. The Judge told the attorney to file an amended complaint with counterclaims but he refused to do so for me. The attorney missed the deadline to file an amended complaint with counterclaims for me. I had to file a per se motion for the attorney to withdraw from my case because he failed to properly represent me and took my money and did absolutely nothing! Bad Bad Bad! Law firm to hire. All I have to say is don't never hire this law firm. The attorneys are corrupt and afraid of the corrupt bias Judges and want fight for your case. They will take your money and do nothing to properly represent their clients. They want file Motions on time and miss deadlines. You will do better representing yourself!👎

If you wish to loose your home to foreclosure, please feel free to retain this firm. They will miss deadlines, fail to communicate with you regarding deadlines, fail to file timely responses with the court, fail to communicate with you unless you send them numerous emails, fail to properly understand VA guaranteed loan procedures, etc...etc...etc. I lost my home due to their negligence. Please do more research before you hire this firm. They collect fees every month and do essentially nothing to protect you against aggressive Plaintiff/Bank proceedings. As others have stated, this firm should be shut down and I will do my best to make sure this takes place.

On 4-18-23 they cashed my check for $5,000 for a suit to quiet title action, and in one week it will be FIVE ENTIRE MONTHS with nothing to show for it. I understand some of these cases can take longer than anticipated, but the extremely poor communication is inexcusable. M'Donna has been the person in charge of my case and the only one I've communicated with besides the secretary a couple of times I called for the attorney with 0 calls back. Of the 7-8 times I've reached out in all this time for updates, I've had about half of them responded to. I have requested phone calls with no calls given, and after close to 5 months they keep giving the same updates, which is "we are still finding relatives and working on serving them". Really? 5 months into this and that is what they tell me? I previously paid Clear to Sell (who recommended this firm) around $900 for work that was passed on and credited to my case with this firm..That's close to another month and almost $6,000. I'm really stressed out about this and have truly had the worst experience.
