I always wanted to be a lawyer but, ultimately, just couldn't afford law school. I did become a career journalist, covering hundreds of trials, both local and national. Just out of college at the time, I watched the Libby Zion case on TV. I was so impressed by attorney Thomas Moore's interrogation skills and courtroom prowess that he was an inspiration to me in fighting for the underdog AND in the all-important quest for truth. Since then, I have covered mob trials, murders, public corruption and more, sometimes gavel-to-gavel. Now retired, with many awards to my credit and lots of experience under my belt, I speak with authority when I say Mr. Moore is, far and away, THE BEST TRIAL ATTORNEY I have ever ever seen in action. I remember thinking at the time, "Wow! I hope if I ever need a lawyer I can find one just like him." I've hired numerous lawyers since then, for whatever reason, and am convinced I will never find as zealous an advocate as I witnessed watching that trial. Recently, something came up that reminded me of the Zion case and I had to look up his name to remember. But I felt compelled to add my professional and personal opinion by writing a 5-star review. New York plaintiffs are so lucky to have him! Please know you have admirers you were unaware of.

Reached out to this firm regarding the medical negligence my father has experienced throughout his cancer battle in Orange County ny. CLEARLY stated the actions of negligence by the doctors. I get an email saying they will not take my case with no explanation. I responded and asked why?? I’m sure it’s because they would actually have to do real work unlike slip and falls car accidents etc… again no answer even though their website gives a description of what medical negligence could be which I provided. But of course because this is about a patient that had stage 4 cancer.. just like the doctors who neglected his care. This firm is no different. I’ll find someone who actually cares and wants to hold doctors ACCOUNTABLE even with terminal patients!! Terminal means they will die eventually from a disease but there is no TIMELINE especially with the advancements of medicine !!
