RUN RUN RUN I hired this law firm to help me with an eviction case being a private investigator. I have a pretty broad knowledge of basic landlord tenant laws. I followed all protocols with holding rent through the registry of the courts on the day of my first hearing an attorney that I’ve never met before that doesn’t even actually work at the law firm represented me. This gentleman had a great rapport with the judge and things were going very well. The second hearing the same gentleman shows up things were looking even better in my favor. I had provided the Korte, as well as the attorney with all the supporting documentation needed to prove my case. On the day of trial, the lead attorney shows up with two pieces of paper in his hand and no case file. As a result of that hearing and him being ill prepared, actually with no documentation supporting my case two weeks later, I received an eviction notice in the mail. Now there was a hearing scheduled to release the funds from the court registry to them, and I asked the attorney to please try to get my $3000 security And last month’s rent returned to me and they’re telling me I need to file a motion on myself too bad so sad. Have a great day extremely unethical behavior extremely ill prepared attorney run run run as fast as you can.

Thank you so much Allegra Fung for an amazing experience! First off all when I was not sure what to do, I went into a sad mental state that ruined my holidays. I felt like the weight of the world was on my shoulder due to the unexpected eviction process looming over my head. I kid you not, it was as if I was in a movie scene! My mailbox was glowing with angels singing (AHHHH), Low and behold there was an unexpected letter with her information on it saying CALL ME NOW! It really turned my whole day and mindset around knowing that there was an option and a light at the end of the tunnel.
