Unfortunately, my experience with this lawyer was far from what I expected. Despite providing all the necessary evidence for my case, he didn’t file important paperwork on time, and there was a noticeable lack of preparation before trial. This left us both unprepared in court, which impacted the outcome of my case. He would often reach out just a couple of hours before court dates (early in the mornings) to finish up paperwork, which added unnecessary stress to an already difficult process. There was also confusion with our payment arrangement, as he repeatedly asked for a tip despite having set up a payment plan. One of the most concerning issues was the handling of my restraining order. It was ultimately rejected because the wrong evidence was submitted, which could have been avoided with more care and attention. While the situation was unfortunate, I would not recommend this lawyer based on my experience. I hope that he can improve his professionalism and attention to detail in the future.

About a year ago, I had to file for custody of my son. A lot of things had taken place prior to that time that made access to my son super hard.
