The workers are rude and aggressive. They previously garnished my wages for a old credit card, i fought it and garnishment was stopped. Almost a year later i receive a phone call with the intent of setting up a payment plan for the remaining balance. The man get a attitude, disconnects the call and about 2 months later they send garnishment papers to my job to collect 25 % of my pay check right before Thanksgiving. Worse holiday season!

I spoke with Ashley for the first time on 12/31/2024 at 10:29 am. I had not discussed anything with her before. However, this did not deter her from aggressively speaking to me on a recorded line. I asked if there was a reason for her tone she said it was the new phone system. I hope Ashley learns how to address people who are willing to talk with her. Kohn, no matter which team Ashley works with, rude is not the way. You get more bees with honey.

To be fair I'm not going to like them, they represent an entity suing me. But the genius's sent me another person's Summons paperwork mixed in with the ones for me(same entity is suing us, we're in different counties, different court cases and not even the same lawyer doing the paperwork) So these folks run a shared office printer, can't get paperwork to the right people, and still manage to remain good with the Wisconsin State Bar. What a joke. anyways can't wait to get sued on the 24th of Feb, when I already entered an agreement with the plaintiff they represent on the 5th and the first payment is the 20th, 2 days before my zoom court

This is a rotten place. they want to sue me for a credit card four years ago. I live on disability from Social Security. I have no car because I can’t afford it. My husband died two years ago. They know all of this. And still want to sue me because I have a house. It’s the only Thing I have and they want to take it

Do not make any payments let them send all of that to collections lol They are not BBB accredited lets all counter sue them and get rich out of them!!!! they get paid to scare people if they knew they can take your money that easy no threatning would be needed lol they cant do anything but call and annoy
