This is a review long time overdue. It has been almost 4.5 years since my horrible motorcycle accident. Before I found Steve Kirby and James Kirby, I thought I had the best advocate for my case with another attorney. I was wrong. I had fired my previous attorney prior to meeting with Steve. I wanted a lawyer that wasn't afraid to go up against the United States Government. I wanted a lawyer who wasn't afraid to be tough and not settle quick and easy. I got all that and a lawyer who understands motorcycle riders. I am forever grateful to have had hired Steve and James as my advocates against The United States Government. They fought the toughest fight and I consider his firm honorable and relentless in pursuit of justice. Steve is a Marine ("not former"), and a motorcycle rider. He truly cares for his clients, I know this first hand! James is a superstar, I cannot speak highly enough of them. These are the strong fighters you want on your side, take it from me. I had a bad motorcycle accident in 2007, the Kirbys represented me in my case. They were referred to my family from a friend of mine that had used the Kirbys in a few accidents he had and was very happy with the way things were handled. I spent 7 weeks in a coma and while in the coma Steve Kirby flew up to meet with my parents to get the legal process going. He did all the paperwork to give my mom power to make medical/financial decisions on my behalf. After coming out of my coma Steve met with my in the ICU and went over everything he was doing with my case. My case ended up in trial and the Kirbys slammed dunked the case so good the defense didn't call 1 witness to testify on their behalf. The Kirbys and their office staff are great. Steve his wife Margaret and their nephew James are some of the best in the personal injury game. They're a small family run firm that treats ALL their clients like family and not just a quick cash out. I can't say enough about the Kirbys, they are such great people I've referred family and friends to them and they've all walked away happy with the way things were handled. I'd highly recommend them to anyone that needs a good personal injury attorney. Oh, to top it all off their fees start at 20% unlike other attorneys that start at 33% and goes up from there.
