I had a frustrating experience with this lawyer, who seemed to discriminate against Latino fathers. I felt dismissed and belittled, as if my concerns about my case didn’t matter. It was disheartening to see such bias in a legal professional. I expected better, especially given the importance of fair representation in family law. I can not recommend this lawyer based on my experience. With this attorney regarding my family law matters. Despite his previous clients praising him, he refused to take on my child custody case, citing its complexity. This felt unjust, especially since I had hoped for his expertise. It raises questions about his willingness to help clients with challenging cases. I can’t shake the feeling that there may be other factors at play, potentially leaving me feeling blacklisted in the Bay Area legal community. If so, then there is no justice in this city, and legal discrimination is real.

I cannot recommend Kevin enough. I am extremely happy with his work. My ex-wife hired a very good lawyer and was making my life miserable. Kevin is very professional, thorough, and efficient at keeping the opposing attorney at a distance. Kevin was alittle more expensive then others, but was greatly worth every penny. Don't go with lower cost attorneys when you consider what you can lose in a divorce battle. He is very attentive to his clients needs and concerns. Every time an issue came up, Kevin was quick to respond and resolve the matter. He is very personable and easy to talk to like an old family friend. Divorce is not an easy thing to go though, having Kevin at your side will make your process alot less stressful.
