My father died without a will. His ex robbed his house of everything expensive and his recent jackpot winnings. My brother and I were coexecutors because he was unwilling to go after my dad’s ex for the theft and damages. I have extreme depression, anxiety, and ADHD. Because of seeing his home this way, everything missing, and the trauma of seeing his body, I went into a severe depression and then my psychiatrist wouldn’t refill my medication that I need. I was sent to Intermountain where I was given medication that I’m allergic to. I had been going through all of his accounts and seeing what was do, and also seeing what was all stolen. Fran filed his death notice incredibly late, she filed that he had a will, she had originally told me to we should go after his ex, but when she stopped replying to me, making excuses for his ex, and then told me not to be aggressive because I cursed while speaking about my dad’s ex, not at her, she refused to acknowledge or speak with me. Because I was placed in Intermountain, she told my brother to file for sole representative of the account. They both promised that if I didn’t fight against him, they would give me every thing needed to go after his ex for the items and make an insurance claim. Now, they are refusing to give me representation, I’m being threatened with eviction and selling of my father’s home because I’m demanding what was promised, and it seems as if they keep throwing in my face that my brother has the power, that I will stop fighting for my dad’s belongings and the house that I’ve been paying for since his ex left on her own accord and robbed, I have spent tens of thousands of dollars and updates, repairs, and replacements. I have spent countless hours going through documents and everything I can find. I have been waiting for the opportunity to finally make the insurance claim and because I’m disabled, on SSI, they are using that against me for eviction and selling of the last piece I have of my dad. My brother used my inheritance money for things I didn’t agreed to. They hired untrustworthy, greedy people, and they are acting like victims even though they don’t want the house, the responsibility, and my brother can’t even drive. I offered to pay for his portion of the house and I had to hire a real probate lawyer to help me get justice for my father. (Sean R. Beck) best estate attorney in Idaho. Fran is insensitive, incompetent, slow, and has lost important documents. They gave me a 6 day timeline for the claim, but no power to speak with lenders and get information that I need for proof. I’m having extreme panic attacks and deep depression because of the discrimination against me for my disability. Fran asked when the “drop dead” date was for the claim, and my father dropped, suffered, and died while hiking. My brother is on the spectrum and has no attachment whatsoever to my father’s house, but to me, it’s everything. He’s threatening to kick me out because I’m demanding the power of attorney to go after his ex as WAS PROMISED to try and get back irreplaceable items and money for assets. Fran used my disability against me, and is now using my brother to threaten me to back down and not tell the truth about her ineptitude. She has caused me more pain, more anxiety, and more suicidal thoughts than when it first happened. If I “drop dead” it’s because of her treatment and her encouragement to get rid of the house that belonged to my best friend and that I have spent countless hours and dollars on. I wouldn’t recommend her for any case, especially if there’s a disability involved with a claimant. She’ll use it to shame, give away rights, and then used to make feel as much power as possible to the people who aren’t on disability. I honestly wish I hadn’t have paid for her bravado, but Thank God for Sean R. Beck. He’s why I can keep fighting for my dad and not being bullied from being honest about her treatment.

Working with Patrick Kershisnik was an absolute game-changer for me. He went above and beyond to resolve my custody case smoothly and efficiently, preventing a trial and securing a 50/50 custody plan that I've been longing for. Patrick's expertise and dedication were evident throughout the entire process. Not only did he ensure a fair custody arrangement, but he also skillfully navigated the complexities of the child tax credit, successfully getting it swapped into my tax year despite initial challenges. His professionalism, empathy, and commitment to his clients are truly commendable. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and highly recommend Patrick and his team to anyone in need of legal assistance.

I was referred to Pat Kershisnik through lawpoint for a free consultation offered through my job's employee assistance program. I recieved an email from a representative asking for a date/time to talk with Mr. Kershisnik. I replied back that I was available Friday, July 26th at 11:30 am for a phone consultation. After confirming the date and time they said that Pat would be calling me at that time. I did not recieve a call from Pat until 12:35pm, over an hour later. He left me a VM stating that he was scheduled to talk to me. I called him back about 10 minutes later and told him he was an hour late calling me, and instead of apologizing or explaining that maybe there was a scheduling error, he proceeded to get mad at me and told me I could find someone else to work with and hung up on me. I called him right back and started to tell him that I did not appreciate him hanging up on me and that he should not be treating potential clients that way. He then proceeded to start over talking me and telling me that if I didnt want his help then to find someone else and hung up on me a second time. At this point I had given up on calling him back but wanted to share my experience incase someone was looking to hire him. I am going through the worse time of my life with a divorce and custody looming over me and this is how Mr. Kershisnik treated me. I dont know if he was having a bad day or what, but I have never been treated so mispoorly by any company or organization such as Kershisnik Law, PLLC.
