So far, so great. Randy has been top notch throughout the whole process. I work a lot so it’s hard to get on the phone and talk but he’s been texting me and that’s super helpful. Explains everything perfectly and always answers my questions. Karrie was very nice as well and professional and informative and I feel I’m good in hands in regards to this process. Still got a long way to go but I feel confident that they will help me every step of The way until discharge. Thanks!! Definitely recommend them.
