I was in a severe accident in December and didn’t know exactly what to do. My buddy recommended that I call Karns & Karns attorneys and it proved to be a great decision. I was assigned Rachael as the case manager and Darren as my attorney and they did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. Communication was crystal clear the entire time. I was never left in the dark throughout the entire process and they made rock solid decisions as we went along. Not only were they professional and intelligent, they were pleasant to deal with which made things seem much more comfortable to me during a pretty scary time. My experience working with Karns & Karns, I hired them in December due to a car accident. I worked with an attorney by the name of Mia, who was really pleasant and super helpful and I had a couple of different case managers work on my case the experience was very easy you basically call them. I talked to a young lady by the name of Alexa. I gave her all my information and what happened and within a couple minutes she sent me an agreement called a retainer agreement And after that within 24 hours, my attorney was already reaching out. It was a fast process I just received my settlement that we agreed upon and it is now March so I filed my case with them in the middle of December and received my settlement in March not too bad, I was extremely happy with the settlement. I was happy with the process. The only issue I had is I really wish there was a little bit more communication between the case managers I worked with two different case managers and felt like I was flip-flopped around, but that’s it. Everything else was Fantastic.
