4 years waiting for my strength. My story is unbelievable, but it happened. I leased a new Honda Odyssey for my family and was paying $608 per month to have the security of a new car. One year after purchasing it, I went to Classic Honda to change the oil, and believe it or not, a mechanic came out of the store and hit my car, completely destroying it. I continued paying the lease for almost 3 years WITHOUT A CAR. I paid the Justin's office two fees. The first to represent us and the second for the court. He told me that we had to go to arbitration. After 3 years, we had a single settlement hearing. In that hearing, the Honda lawyer only made unfounded complaints about a scratch on the leased car. He didn’t mention that our car was hit by them, that I had paid for the car without having it for over 3 years, and TO THIS DAY, I haven’t received anything. Not even the money I paid for the car they hit and sold. I am being patient, waiting for my turn, but maybe it won’t be with this lawyer that I will succeed.
