I worked with W. Clark Jump of Jump Legal Group, and although it was a legal issue outside the realm of bankruptcy, Clark provided prompt and courteous legal counsel. He listened and understood my concerns. He not only gave me guidance, but also negotiated with the other party to quickly resolve the issue to my satisfaction. When I wasn’t available via phone, Clark kept me posted via email to insure that I was fully informed every step of the way, and took no action without my concurrence. Although this review does not give intricate details regarding the legal issue, I will say that the other party was not willing to work with me on a satisfactory resolution. To be frankly honest, they were rude and inflexible. However, Clark was able to bring them to the table and work with them directly without my involvement, which greatly reduced my stress level. I used this firm in 2012 to file chapter 7 after dissolving a domestic partnership. My family has used them too. Things went well enough. This time not so much . My life has been a disaster in the last 6 months and they made me feel terrible. Long story short due to having to reschedule several appointments Mark Jump asked for a retainer . He did this knowing I hardly had the filing fee , and I’m facing wage garnishment. They want your money they don’t care. Please do yourself a favor and use anyone else .
