Brady Musgrave is the most negligent, inept, unethical lawyer I've ever had. He never reviews evidence for your defense, and prides himself on forcing people into pleas which violates their civil rights. My defense was never researched, no case investigation, and he ignored evidence no intent, then lost the confidential information! I was never given discovery til I filed myself through the court, then it was only partial. I had to file every motion motion myself, then I fired him over 15 times, he still wouldn't withdraw. He allowed the state to make false claims without objection, he completely interfered with my ability to defend myself, and never requested bail hearings. It was totally one sided when there was evidence of innocence! Anyone else is better than this man! He violated specific performance, confidentiality which was proven by one of his coworkers blurting out false information about me that could only have come from Musgrave's file on my case. No defense was allowed to be presented thanks to his lack of medical knowledge and his lack of actually practicing law.

Back in 2004/2005, I got into some felony trouble in Springfield, and Brady Musgrave was appointed as my public defender, and to this day I have yet to see in real life, a lawyer that can put in work defending his client like Brady. In Saint Joe the town I'm from. The defense always waives the preliminary hearing, I now know they do that because of a corrupt system that Saint joe has. But Brady told me dude we're not waiving the preliminary hearing, and even though the witnesses showed up and pointed me out, he did quite the job on his cross examination. He made them look silly. I was facing up to a life sentence in total years,and Brady got me a deal for 7. I never got to tell you this Brady, but thanks man. You truly are one of the good ones. God bles.

I was assigned Mr. Musgrave as a public defender in 2004. He did everything he possibly could to get the outcome I got. He went back and forth with the district attorney until I was happy. I, personally, would retain him if I was ever in need of an attorney again.
