Erroneously arrested for a DUI, blew a 0.0 at the station after a refusal and this attorney told me to plea guilty to a backdoor deal worked out with the prosecutor at the time. With what I witnessed in St. Joseph’s I was terrified and almost acquiesced. I almost lost my life when I trusted this man to represent me. Ultimately, I followed my gut and fired him and hired an attorney from St. Louis. The prosecutor on my case dropped all charges as soon as an outside attorney got involved. When I fired Johnson he yelled in my face and told me I was slurring my words on video and therefore was drunk, despite the lack of evidence. Turns out I had an aneurysm leaking and was held in jail for 12 hours instead of receiving the medical attention I needed. Thank god I survived. If you have the resources, please hire someone from St. Louis or anywhere in a major city outside the confines of this town. This county tried so hard to ruin my life and I can only assume it’s because I resisted and fought and they didn’t like that. I was told I wasn’t polite while fighting for my life against corruption. I had a review up from my experience with this firm in 2022 and they took it down. I don’t know why. Everything I experienced is fact, public record, and I paid Johnson $2000 and signed a client agreement with him- this is irrefutable. I’ll continue to post my review everytime it’s removed; hopefully saving someone from losing time off their life and money. If you read my story and read the firms reply and still believe they represent their clients, go for it. I’m just sharing my traumatic experience. Per Johnson’s request: married name CLARK. I paid a ticket for bumping a guardrail when the Trooper determined in his own report that never happened. A couple hundred to get out of this nightmare. UHAUL confirmed no damage, not a scratch. Trooper states no evidence of damage on the truck or guardrail. No police pulled me over or witnessed this alleged incident. Was approached while pumping gas. I was driving across the country, had a health crisis under the stress from the journey, and was thrown in jail. They took my ADA service animal with paperwork from my car and put her in a shelter for adoption and put my daughter in foster care. The state returned both of them immediately the next morning when I saw a judge. The trooper even went as far as to try to say my stomach pills were fentanyl until he realized 4 hours later that they weren’t. I demanded a drug kit and a blood draw and they couldn’t accommodate. I was told I was going to jail for trafficking Pepcid and then that topic was dropped at the station when they discarded the alleged evidence they confiscated. Which is documented. Dr. Brew kombucha was accused to be empty beer cans. No one knew what Kombucha was. No evidence of beer cans in my vehicle recorded. This case was a train wreck and this firm was content to let me pay for something I didn’t do. I would have thrown my career and my family down the drain. Thank god justice was served. I find it interesting that the firm engages in what appears to be conduct that is prejudicial to the justice administered in their own county with their replies. The firm continues to edit their reviews attempting to goat me into providing detail so they can flag “privilege confidentiality” and have Google remove it. Any info I’ve provided is public record, not privileged… To answer your insanely illogical non sequitur/ loaded question that you’re literally bound by confidentiality to not ever make… I didn’t have 3 “different attorneys” , there these things called firms and they have many people in one building. They call these people lawyers. 2nd attorney works at 3rd attorneys firm- public info. The other question, which is public record, the release timing is the implicit record the test was done. Did you motion for discovery before or after the deal was arranged? Was there a chain of custody issue? Was the video evidence requested?
