I used the services of Steve Flodman to help with a family law matter. From the very start, Steve was professional and reassuring in what was a very rough time for me. Contacted Steve Guenzel nearly 3 weeks ago for what he assured me was a 'very simple' document. Mind you - my ability to handle pressing matters is dependent on this 'very simple' document. I called today to follow up as I've not heard from a single person, or seen this document and was transferred to Steve with no issues. Keep in mind, when I asked to speak with him, I wasn't told "he's with a client rn can i have him give you a call back' or 'he's unavailable at the moment, can I take a message or may there's something I can help you with' ... it was "Sure! One moment!" - Steve quickly picked the phone up but as soon as he realized this call was about a dropped ball .. he quickly (and somewhat rudely) ushered me off saying he was busy and he'd have someone reach out. At the end of the day - I still have not heard from anyone at this office. Terribly disappointed at the time this man has wasted after assuring me that this was a 'very simple document' and there wouldn't be any problem at all with it.
