As a guide I would never send someone in the wrong direction. John took my case (sort of) he was paid to get me a good deal on OWI 3rd I got 3 months in jail! I will tell YOU this, a guy who I was sitting with was in on his 4th OWI and he had an accident and got 45 days, that guy had a good lawyer.
