Attorney CPA Jerry E. Smith practices bankruptcy law and tax resolution. Smith’s practice focuses on representing consumer debtors and assisting them in getting a fresh start by reorganizing or eliminating their debt and attempting to put them in the best financial position possible. Jerry started his firm as a general practice law firm in May 2009 with a focus on bankruptcy and real estate. As the bankruptcy practice grew, he changed his practice to be almost exclusively bankruptcy law and moved his practice to downtown Indianapolis to be more convenient for his clients and closer to the U.S. Courthouse, which is across the street from his office.
