Five stars all day long!!! I had a bad accident, beginning of this year. ( 1/2024) Super stressful, to say the least. My husband immediately reached out to Jim Jenkins. Jim responded , right away and was extremely comforting. Jim connected me to his paralegal, Lauren. (I cannot express enough how efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, patient, kind and effective this woman is). She helped calm my worry and frustrations, some times weekly… Jim /Lauren fought to get me the results I deserved -even when I wanted to give up. Our experience with this law firm was an absolute nightmare. They didn’t respond to any of our emails or return phone calls, leaving us completely in the dark about the progress of our case. To make matters worse, they sent the demand letter to the wrong company, which caused even more delays. After three months of hearing nothing, we were finally informed that our case handler had gone on maternity leave and decided not to return. While we understand life happens, the complete lack of communication from the firm during this time is unacceptable. The level of unprofessionalism and disorganization we encountered was astonishing. If you’re looking for a law firm that actually communicates and handles your case with care, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
